1. Website owner and purpose
ShadowCatLabs is the personal technical brand of an independent web developer. shadowcatlabs.io is a portfolio and an informational presentation of services; it does not represent a separate studio, agency, or legal entity.
Full details of the party providing services, its legal status, and relevant registration information are supplied to a client before an agreement is concluded and will be published here once the working legal status is finalised.
2. Contact
Current public communication methods are listed on the Contact page. A shadowcatlabs.io email address will be provided when domain email setup is complete.
3. Proposals and agreements
Descriptions of services, technologies, response times, and possible working arrangements are informational. They are not a public offer, a guarantee that a project will be accepted, or a fixed commercial proposal.
Scope, schedule, price, payment, rights in the deliverables, and support are agreed separately and recorded in a contract or another document accepted by both parties.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the design, copy, and brand materials published on this website belong to the owner of ShadowCatLabs. Project materials, product names, trademarks, and third-party components may belong to their respective owners.
Links to public repositories are provided under the licences published in those repositories. Demonstration material does not grant access or rights to private source code or client data.
5. External links
The website links to GitHub and independent project websites. Following such a link takes you outside shadowcatlabs.io; the owner of the external resource is responsible for its availability, content, privacy, and security.
6. Accuracy of information
Project information reflects its status as of the latest update. Features, technology, and availability of external projects may change. You may report an inaccuracy through the Contact page.
7. Applicable terms
Work with a specific client is governed by the law and terms stated in the relevant agreement, taking account of the countries and legal status of both the developer and the client. This notice does not replace an individual contract.
